A GRC plugin — controls, risk detectors and audit cases, consuming other plugins' data over the event bus. Sold as a negotiated (custom) plan: not self-serve — the catalog shows Contact sales and checkout/trials reject it. price: 0 means "contact us", not free (a custom plan is never free). Terms + go-live status are operator-set in /admin/pricing; this file commits the value-metric so a fresh deploy doesn't mis-default it to per-seat.
