# Manage Railbase and Suite billing

> Pay the company advance, understand month-end settlement and resolve overdue access.

_Updated: 2026-10-08_

Railbase billing is Product-first. The customer Account shows one row for each
owned Product: legal company, Product, status, monthly price,
renewal date and installation state.

## Purchase a Product

1. Sign in to the Account.
2. Register or select the legal company.
3. Complete KYC and wait for approval.
4. Open **Products**, choose Core, Accounting Suite or GRC Suite. Suites require Core.
5. Review the price, tax and applicable agreements.
6. Complete Stripe checkout.

Public pages, demos and a self-hosted Railbase estate can link to Account but do
not originate a charge.

A screening-data outage is an availability incident, not a detected sanctions
match. It does not by itself cancel or revoke a current paid-period entitlement.
Railbase continues signed licence validation through a heartbeat whose rolling
window is no longer than 24 hours; a confirmed hit follows the separate
suspension and review process described in the Terms.

## Current prices

The [pricing guide](/pt/learn/pricing-and-capacity) and Account show the current offer. Core and each Suite cost a fixed USD99 per verified company per month, before tax. Product prices add together. Revenue does not change this price, and Basic/Pro/Max do not create new price tiers.

Each Product's monthly fee is due at the start of its UTC calendar month. A first mid-month purchase has the full USD99 fee for the remaining calendar month. No revenue-based month-end invoice is created under the fixed offer approved on 13 October 2026. Previously accepted subscriptions, quotes, invoices and periods retain their original terms; migration requires a prospective offer and acceptance.

## Payment deadline

The fixed monthly offer creates no revenue-based settlement. Historical subscriptions retain any settlement obligations in their accepted agreements until an explicitly accepted migration.

Open **Account → Companies → Payment / company access** to see unpaid invoices, payment links and exact access deadlines. Each finalized payable invoice has five elapsed days from its due time for Stripe to confirm payment. After the deadline, all business work for that company pauses across Core and Suites. Other companies on the same installation are unaffected; installation administration and payment recovery remain available. Paying every overdue invoice restores billing standing, subject to the ordinary verification and licence checks.

If a bank payment is in transit, contact support with the company and invoice reference. An operator can allow temporary access for a stated period, up to seven days, with an audited reason. The invoice remains unpaid; access pauses again if the extension expires before Stripe confirms payment. A settlement payment does not renew the next month's subscription.

## Existing Product plans

Previously accepted Product plans retain their contracts. Where a future Product offers a plan change, Account shows its effective date, capacity, price and any proration before confirmation. There is no Basic/Pro/Max selection for a new Core, Accounting or GRC subscription, and no price change for individual building blocks.

## Invoices and receipts

Billing history groups charges by Product and invoice. It shows net amount,
tax, total, currency, invoice number and Stripe-hosted receipt/PDF where
available. Internal delivery allocation is not presented as a list of customer
purchases.

## Cancel

Cancellation stops renewal for the complete Product at the end of the paid
term, unless the confirmation states another effective time required by law or
the Order. Stored business records are not silently deleted. Reactivation may
require current KYC, export and Product eligibility checks.

## Implementation and support

Implementation, migration, integration and premium support may appear under a
separate Order or invoice. They are not disguised as additional Suite licences.

## FAQ

### Where can I see what we own?

Open **Account → Products**. Technical installation status appears as delivery
detail under the owning Product.

### Can we buy two plans of the same Suite for one company?

No. One company has one subscription to each Product; do not create a duplicate advance.

### Can one company buy two different Suites?

Yes. Each has its own Product contract and renewal while sharing the private
Railbase operating layer.

## Railbase and capacity

Railbase itself has a company subscription. Core, Accounting and GRC retain their supported Product capabilities and capacity grants. Review the exact quota period and [full cost](/pt/learn/pricing-and-capacity) before a purchase or plan change. Existing accepted prices and invoices remain historical evidence.
