Create an account, register the legal company, complete KYC, choose a plan in the Account, and schedule guided implementation. Railbase provisions and supports the complete Suite as one Product. Displayed USD prices exclude tax; Stripe calculates and adds any applicable tax at checkout and renewal based on the verified company, billing location and tax status.

### Is the Suite installed in our environment?

Yes. It runs in the customer's private Railbase estate.

### Can we upgrade later?

Yes. Suite Basic, Pro and Max preserve the complete capability set and change numeric capacity and price. Railbase itself has its named company offer.

### Where do we purchase?

Only in the customer Account after company KYC approval.

### Are taxes included in the displayed price?

No. Suite prices are tax-exclusive. Applicable tax is added on top; it can be zero where no tax is due.
