A company-wide learning platform — author courses, run quizzes and learning paths, track enrollments, and issue certificates + badges. Billed as a flat company plan metered by active learners per month (a usage metric not yet representable in the catalog Quota type, so no quota: block — the plugin meters it). Price and go-live status are operator-set in /admin/pricing; this file only fixes the committed value-metric so a fresh deploy doesn't default to per-seat.
