What the contract covers
One outcome-ready Suite, the workspaces and governed workflows of the selected plan, controlled upgrades, licence continuity and guided implementation. Technical composition is Railbase's delivery responsibility, not a shopping decision for the customer.

Before you choose a plan
Can we change from Basic to Pro or Max?
Yes. A plan change updates the Product contract and the complete governed capability set atomically; it does not create separate subscriptions.
Where is the software installed?
In your private Railbase estate. Identity, business data, files, approvals and audit history remain in the customer-controlled environment.
How do we start?
Create an account, register the legal company, complete KYC, choose a Suite plan, and schedule guided implementation.
Are taxes included in the displayed price?
No. Basic, Pro and Max are tax-exclusive USD prices. Stripe calculates any applicable tax from the verified company, billing location and tax status, then adds it on top at checkout and renewal. The tax can be zero where no tax is due.
