These documents cover Railbase Core, Accounting Suite and GRC Suite, on-premise and expressly accepted Cloud hosting. Mobile is available through the App Store and Google Play. Future industry solutions are not included.

- Core is the foundation. Accounting Suite and GRC Suite are separate Products that require Core for the same verified company. Run on your infrastructure or use expressly accepted Cloud hosting. Industry solutions remain future scope.
- Company Product pricing
- Core and each Suite cost a fixed USD 99 per verified company per month, before applicable tax. Core is required for a Suite, and selected Product charges add together. Revenue does not change the price or create a month-end difference. Previously accepted agreements, quotes, invoices and paid periods retain their own terms.
- 它不允许你做什么
- Resell or sublicense Railbase, reverse-engineer it or decrypt a Component bundle, separate a Component from its Product, exceed your accepted Product scope, or work around entitlement enforcement and quotas.

- Under the Terms and EULA, our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the preceding twelve months or USD 100. Mandatory law and applicable transfer clauses take precedence over contractual limitations.
