How delivery works
- 1. Create an account and register the legal company.
- 2. Complete KYC, then review the Product offer and terms in your Account.
- 3. Connect your installation and activate the supported Product release.
- 4. Activation, updates, renewal and plan changes stay under one Product contract.
What the contract covers
One Product with its complete workspaces and governed workflows, the applicable capacity grants, controlled changes and licence continuity. Implementation services are separately ordered. Technical composition is Railbase's delivery responsibility, not a shopping decision for the customer.

Is Railbase Cloud available?
Railbase Cloud is coming soon: managed hosting by Railbase. Availability and pricing will be announced separately. Cloud hosting is not included in the On-premise subscription.
How do you approach fair pricing?
We aim for clear, fair pricing that reflects the value Railbase brings to your company. The current Railbase On-premise price is $99/month + applicable tax per company per month before applicable tax. We listen to customer feedback and will give advance notice of future price changes. Changes apply prospectively under your subscription terms; past invoices remain unchanged.
What is the billing unit?
One verified company (tenant) per month. Users, roles, mobile devices and server processes are not separate company subscriptions. Industry Suites and any additional services are separately stated in your Order.
What should we check before purchase?
The current price, applicable tax, deployment prerequisites, accepted terms and first-process outcome. A catalogue entry does not automatically enable every optional AI, mobile or distributed capability.
