Railbase pricing and Product capacity

Understand the company subscription, full cost and exact counting periods.

Updated

The billing unit is the verified company (tenant) and the selected Product subscription. A user, role, mobile device or server process is not an additional company subscription. Approved distributed deployment still has to satisfy its Product placement and licence rules.

Base Product and industry work

Railbase On-premise runs on your own infrastructure and provides company documents, governed workflows and organisation. Its baseline offer is USD 99 per verified company per month before applicable tax; the current Product page and signed-in Account show the applicable offer. Industry Suites have separately stated Product prices. An Order must expressly identify any inclusion, discount or additional service.

Railbase Cloud — Coming soon

Railbase Cloud will provide managed hosting by Railbase. Availability and pricing will be announced separately. Cloud hosting is not included in the $99 On-premise subscription. Running On-premise on your own private cloud remains customer-hosted deployment.

Our approach to fair pricing

We aim for clear, fair pricing that reflects the value Railbase brings to your company. The current On-premise baseline is $99 per company per month before applicable tax. We listen to customer feedback and will give advance notice of future price changes. Changes apply prospectively under your subscription terms; past invoices remain unchanged.

Same capabilities, different capacity

Basic, Pro and Max provide the same complete Suite capabilities, roles and workflows. Each plan supplies a numeric capacity grant and a price. There is no universal price ladder or multiplier across all Products.

The counting rule matters as much as the number. A Product may count audit engagements started per contract year or migration projects per contract year. Those are different units. A monthly invoice does not make an annual capacity reset monthly. Consult the current Product contract for admission, period boundaries and the counted event.

When capacity is exhausted, new counted work is blocked according to the Product rule. Reaching the limit does not strip functions or stop the lifecycle of work already admitted. A plan change must not silently rewrite historical usage or invoices.

Before confirming

Verify the company, Product, period, capacity, price, tax and terms in Account. If a current offer is unavailable, contact support. A catalogue description does not override a signed Order, manufacture a trial or permit a charge outside Account.
