Prepare your first Railbase process
Move from verified company to a tested, recorded business outcome.
Updated
1. Choose the first result
Name the company, requester, reviewer and business outcome. Choose Railbase company work or an industry Product that supports that outcome. Review pricing and capacity and availability.
2. Register and review
Create your Account, register the legal company and complete the required verification. Review the selected Product, current price, tax, capacity and agreements before confirming purchase. A pending verification or unavailable release is a prerequisite to resolve, not a reason to create another company or payment attempt.
3. Prepare and connect
Arrange your deployment and support responsibilities. Use the authenticated distribution path in Account, install a compatible release, and connect the deployment through the supported pairing flow. Keep installation authority separate from company work.
4. Set up people and the process
Invite the real users, establish company membership, positions and appropriate permissions. Configure supported participant and evidence settings in Studio. Publish through the required approval path.
5. Prove the first result
Sign in as the requester, submit the request, open it as the assigned reviewer, return it for correction, resubmit and decide. Confirm the visible result and the recorded business state. Test cancellation, denied access and a retry without a duplicate effect.
Keep the evidence as role → actions → visible result → persisted state. Production readiness includes meaningful data and complete user actions, not just a successful installation screen.
Need implementation help?
Plan an implementation or contact support. State the Product, deployment version and blocked step. Do not send private keys, access tokens or unnecessary business records.
