Railbase is private business software for company documents, approvals and organisation. A person starts a process, the assigned participants review the evidence, and an authorised action records the result with its history.
The Railbase Product is subscribed to per verified company (tenant) per month. See the current Railbase offer and full-cost guide. Industry Suites provide additional business outcomes with their own Product contracts.

Your environment and our control plane
Each Railbase node runs a compiled server and its own Vault data store. Files and other configured storage must also be covered by your backup plan. railbase.app manages Account, company verification, billing, licensing and controlled distribution. These operations exchange limited operational metadata; ordinary business data stays in your environment unless you configure an external service or submit it for support.
One person has one authenticated identity, with separate installation and company authority. Operating a server does not grant access to every company's business records.
