Railbase Mobile is one mobile client for a connected Railbase company workspace. Business authority remains on the server; a phone does not receive an independent business runtime or a separate licence grant.
Current status: working prototype; Store release not announced. The 4 September 2026 checkpoint records documents and work, company context, chat, meetings, calendar projections and push implementation. Cross-device process evidence includes work started in the browser and completed on mobile, and work started on mobile and completed in the browser.
What the prototype demonstrates
- Connect and sign in through the supported company flow.
- Open assigned work, inspect its dossier and use server-permitted actions.
- Register documents and attach evidence to work.
- Continue conversations and meetings, and inspect dated work and meeting context.
- Receive configured notifications where deployment push credentials are available.
These are prototype capabilities, not a promise that every Suite has a complete mobile workspace. Production signing, distribution, supported device coverage and Product-specific acceptance must be confirmed for the actual release.
Devices and privacy
Company identity, membership, object scope and allowed actions are checked by Railbase. Camera and microphone access is associated with supported code-scanning and meeting flows. Notification delivery can involve Apple or Google push services; the deployment controls whether a notification contains business text.
A notification preview is not permission to decide. Open the work item and inspect the permitted current context. Do not assume offline editing, offline business execution, universal secure caching or Store checkout from the existence of the prototype.
