Manage Railbase and Suite billing
Purchase, change and cancel a Product Plan from the verified customer Account.
Updated
Railbase billing is Product-first. The customer Account shows one row for each owned Product: legal company, named plan, status, monthly price, renewal date and installation state.
Purchase a Product
- Sign in to the Account.
- Register or select the legal company.
- Complete KYC and wait for approval.
- Open Products, choose Railbase or an industry Product and its available plan.
- Review the price, tax and applicable agreements.
- Complete Stripe checkout.
Public pages, demos and a self-hosted Railbase estate can link to Account but do not originate a charge.
A screening-data outage is an availability incident, not a detected sanctions match. It does not by itself cancel or revoke a current paid-period entitlement. Railbase continues signed licence validation through a heartbeat whose rolling window is no longer than 24 hours; a confirmed hit follows the separate suspension and review process described in the Terms.
Current prices
The Railbase Product page, each industry Product page and Account show the current offer. Railbase's baseline is USD 99 per verified company per month before tax. There is no universal Basic/Pro/Max price ladder for all Suites.
A lifecycle label such as public beta does not create an automatic discount. Review the full amount, any separately ordered services and the exact capacity period before confirming.
Change a plan
A plan change applies to the complete Product. An upgrade can take effect immediately with a prorated charge. A downgrade changes numeric capacity and price while retaining the complete capability set, according to the confirmation shown in Account; the lower recurring price applies under the published billing terms.
The Account never asks the customer to change prices for implementation building blocks separately.
Invoices and receipts
Billing history groups charges by Product and invoice. It shows net amount, tax, total, currency, invoice number and Stripe-hosted receipt/PDF where available. Internal delivery allocation is not presented as a list of customer purchases.
Cancel
Cancellation stops renewal for the complete Product at the end of the paid term, unless the confirmation states another effective time required by law or the Order. Stored business records are not silently deleted. Reactivation may require current KYC, export and Product eligibility checks.
Implementation and support
Implementation, migration, integration and premium support may appear under a separate Order or invoice. They are not disguised as additional Suite licences.
FAQ
Where can I see what we own?
Open Account → Products. Technical installation status appears as delivery detail under the owning Product.
Can we buy two plans of the same Suite for one company?
No. Change the existing Product Plan instead of creating a duplicate subscription.
Can one company buy two different Suites?
Yes. Each has its own Product contract and renewal while sharing the private Railbase operating layer.
Railbase and capacity
Railbase itself has a company subscription. Industry Suite plans preserve the complete capabilities and change numeric capacity and price. Review the exact quota period and full cost before a purchase or plan change. Existing accepted prices and invoices remain historical evidence.
