Railbase Mobile für iOS und Android

Railbase Mobile is one mobile client for a connected Railbase company workspace. Business authority remains on the server; a phone does not receive an independent business runtime or a separate licence grant.

Available for iPhone and Android:

• iPhone: Download Railbase Mobile on the App Store.
• Android: Download Railbase Mobile on Google Play.

You need an existing company account and a compatible Railbase installation. Connect to your company's server and sign in with your company credentials. Ask your administrator for access and connection details. Downloading the app does not create a company workspace or activate a Product subscription.

Work from your phone

• Connect and sign in through the supported company flow.
• Open assigned work, inspect its dossier and use server-permitted actions.
• Register documents and attach evidence to work.
• Continue conversations and meetings, and inspect dated work and meeting context.
• Receive configured notifications where deployment push credentials are available.

Available work depends on your company's server configuration, enabled Products and permissions. Confirm support for your exact Product and workflow before rolling out mobile access across your company. The App Store and Google Play listings give the current device and operating-system requirements; regional availability may vary.

Devices and privacy

Company identity, membership, object scope and allowed actions are checked by Railbase. Camera and microphone access is associated with supported code-scanning and meeting flows. Notification delivery can involve Apple or Google push services; the deployment controls whether a notification contains business text.

A notification preview is not permission to decide. Open the work item and inspect the permitted current context. Do not assume offline editing, offline business execution, universal secure caching or Store checkout from the availability of the mobile client.

Ask your implementation contact about your exact Product, server version and supported mobile workflows. Plan device loss, session revocation, shared-device use and notification privacy. Use mobile support for connection and access questions.

Continue Acme from your phone

After the first request, sign in as its assigned reviewer from a supported mobile client. Confirm Acme, inspect the same current dossier and document versions, then use only the actions allowed for that work. Reopen in the browser and verify the same saved history; the phone must not create a separate approval or bypass independence. If the exact process is unavailable on the installed mobile/server release, continue it in the browser rather than claiming mobile completion.
