The billing unit is the verified company (tenant) and the selected Product subscription. A user, role, mobile device or server process is not an additional company subscription. Approved distributed deployment still has to satisfy its Product placement and licence rules.
One company subscription per Product
Railbase Core and each Suite cost USD 99 per verified company per month, before applicable tax. The fee is fixed: revenue, users, roles, devices and server processes do not change it. Basic, Pro and Max are not new price tiers. Signed capability profiles and capacity limits remain part of the Product contract.
| Selected Products | Monthly total before tax |
|---|---|
| Core | USD 99 |
| Core + one Suite | USD 198 |
| Core + Accounting + GRC | USD 297 |
Each Product has one Stripe subscription line with quantity one. Components inside a Product have no separate charge or checkout. Companies under one Account are billed independently. A Suite does not include the Core fee.
Billing period and historical agreements
The current billing period is a UTC calendar month. The first USD 99 fee covers the remaining calendar month without proration; subsequent fees are due on the first. Revenue reports do not create an additional invoice under this fixed offer. Account shows the company, Product, period, tax and exact amount before confirmation.
The offer approved on 13 October 2026 applies prospectively. Previously accepted quotes, Orders, invoices, periods and subscription terms retain their original tariff. An existing revenue-based subscription is not silently converted by a deployment or catalogue sync; migration requires a prospective offer, notice and acceptance. Historical evidence and any amounts due under the old agreement remain intact.
Deployment and capacity
On-premise runs on your infrastructure. Railbase Cloud is available by invitation under the accepted Cloud service terms, with 1 GB of company data included in the standard offer. Hosting does not add a second Product subscription for the same company. Request Cloud in Account when offered; verification, subscription and installation checks must complete first.
The new commercial offer preserves the supported capability set and capacity grant of its signed Product release. The current GRC grant admits 500 audit engagements started per contract year; a monthly invoice does not reset an annual capacity grant. Reaching a limit blocks new counted work without interrupting work already admitted. Other future Products require their own accepted contract and offer.
Account for the full cost
| Cost | Where to confirm it |
|---|---|
| Railbase company subscription | Signed-in Account |
| Selected Accounting/GRC Suites | Signed-in Account and the accepted Product contract |
| Applicable taxes | Account payment confirmation and invoice |
| On-premise server, network, storage and backups | Your infrastructure provider |
| Managed Cloud hosting and included storage | Account and the Cloud service terms; extra capacity requires explicit agreement |
| External AI usage | Your approved provider contract and budgets |
| Migration, integration, training and premium support | The separately agreed Order |
Before confirming
Verify the company, Product, period, capacity, price, tax and terms in Account. If a current offer is unavailable, contact support. A catalogue description does not override a signed Order, manufacture a trial or permit a charge outside Account.

Payment and recovery
There are five elapsed days from each finalized payable invoice's due time for Stripe to confirm payment. After that, the company's business access pauses across Core and Suites. Payment of all overdue invoices restores billing standing subject to other licence and verification checks. Support can grant an audited temporary extension of up to seven days while payment is in transit; the invoice remains unpaid until Stripe confirms it. A draft, tax or compliance hold starts no payment countdown. These access controls preserve company data and historical invoices.
